Many rooms have had shiny new TVs installed over the summer. They are not touchscreen and can therefore only be controlled with the remote controls so do please take care of these remotes!
A few pointers for the new TVs:
- You have to aim the remote at the bottom left corner of the TV for it to work
- All of them have been set to HDMI2 as this is the wireless surface pro connection input. If the TV is not on HDMI2 when you turn it on, simply press input on the top left of the remote and change the input to HDMI2. Rooms with desktop PCs will be able to display the desktop using HDMI1. Eventually, the surface pro docks will take over the HDMI1 input but not yet.
- To freeze the screen, use the F2 button in the bottom left.
