Save the document in the usual way, file > save as and then save with the required name
Go to the small arrow at the top in the middle of the screen
Then select the cloud in the middle, which is the option to download from SIMS to your device
This will open a file explorer window. Double click the file you want to pull from SIMS and this will download the file.
You should be able to open and save the file from here.
