SIMS Connected & Teacher App:
- Unavailable between 19:00 to 21:00 on the 1st Saturday of every month.
- Maintenance slots between 08.00 and 12.00 on Saturday morning as well as 20:00 and 00:00 every Wednesday evening.
- Functionality releases on Tuesday and Thursday nights between 20:00 and 00:00. This should not affect access although performance may occasionally be slower than usual.

- Major Updates will be announced by email. Usually once per term, but could mean an entire weekend outage.
