If you’re unable to print

Printing could have stopped working because the print client hasn’t started. Follow the below steps to get it started again

  • Open your start menu
  • Scroll down to “U” and you should see an option for Uniflow SmartClient

  • Wait a few seconds, then try printing again. The job should appear on the photocopier now.

 

  • If this doesn’t work, please let IT know and we can investigate further.
