Microsoft Teams calls allows the addition of Speed dial contacts to be added to your Microsoft Teams application.
To add speed dial contacts navigate to the Calls page using the Calls menu item:
On the right hand side of the window you will see the Speed dial heading:
To add a new Speed dial contact simply click on the person silhouette with the plus sign:
A new window will open and you can search for the person you wish to add:
When you have located the person, simply click on them and then press Add.
You will be asked to review the contact information and then press Save to add the contact.
Now that you have added your Speed dial contact, when you put your mouse over the contact you will be able to press the telephone icon to make an audio call or the camera icon to make a video call.
