Setting up your printing for the first time
St George's Weybridge uses a cloud based print management system that allows you to send your print jobs from a number of different devices and allows you to retrieve your printing from any of our managed printers across the Junior School and College.
Printing can be retrieved at the device by using your print PIN or by your St George's ID card once you have paired it.
If you have not already done so, you must sign in to the uniFLOW client on your computer, this will usually open automatically, when it loads, click on the Remember my identity provider choice, then click on Continue with St George's Weybridge. You will need to do this once only on the same computer.
If this is your first time registering, you will receive an email with your printer PIN. You will need this PIN to retrieve print jobs or pair your ID card with the printer.
If the window above does not load automatically, click on the Windows start menuand start typing uniFLOW SmartClient and click on the app when it appears.)
Once you have completed the steps above, a page will load showing that your registration was successful:
You now have the Cloud Print driver installed and can use that to print from Word, Excel, Edge, or a PDF for example. This driver is Double Sided and Monochrome by default. Change the options as usual before you send to print.
From Word:
Retrieve your printing at a printer
At any of our Canon printers, swipe your ID card, if this is the first time you are doing this, it will prompt you to enter your PIN so that you can associate your card to your account.
You will see a list of print jobs and you can release them or delete them if they are no longer required.
You can also scan documents on the printers and have the option to scan to email or OneDrive.
