Step 1: Open a Web Browser

  • Open a web browser

Step 2: Go to the Office 365 Portal

  • Type in or click: https://www.office.com or do a Google search for "Office 365" and click on the top result that isn't an advert

Step 3: Sign In

  • Click the Sign in button in the top right.

  • Enter your school/work email address ([email protected])

  • Enter your password when prompted.

  • If asked, you may need to verify your identity with your two-factor authentication

Step 4: Open Outlook

  • Once signed in, click the nine dots icon in the top left of the screen

  • Click the Outlook button, which will open your emails
